The Process

Our no-churn ice cream is a labour of love. We make our cookies and ice cream in-house! Which gives us total control on what goes into our delightful treats. We are dedicated to using only the best quality ingredients.

Our handcrafted 
ice cream

is made using simple ingredients such as organic cream/milk, organic cane sugar, eggs, and local fruits from Salt Spring Island. We carefully combine these ingredients to create delicious one-of-a-kind flavours, in addition to classic ones. All the flours used in our cookies are freshly milled bi-weekly using certified gluten free and organic flours.

A note on allergens

Our ice cream sandwiches are crafted in a dedicated gluten free space which makes them suitable for people with a gluten allergy and/or celiac's disease. Our products DO NOT contain nuts or peanuts. However, we use nuts in our kitchen so in the case of severe/deadly allergies, we cannot guarantee that no cross-contamination has occurred with nuts/peanuts).
