Our facility

Jane's Dough started exactly where many great things do, in a home kitchen, driven by necessity and a whole lot of love. Today, that passion has a home of its own: our very own fully dedicated gluten free bakery, built from the ground up with your safety as the foundation.

Every square inch of our facility is 100% gluten free. No wheat, no shared equipment, and no risk of cross contamination, ever. We didn't adapt a conventional kitchen; we built ours specifically for gluten free production from day one. For those living with celiac disease, we know that trust isn't given, it's earned, and that's a responsibility we take seriously with every single bake.

From our stone-milled organic flours to our slow fermentation process, everything that happens in our kitchen is intentional. Small batches. Real ingredients. A space where celiacs can finally eat without worry.
